Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy describes how subscription-related refund and cancellation requests are handled on WealthCraft. It applies only to users who have purchased a paid subscription through the platform.

2. Nature of the Service

WealthCraft provides access to digital budgeting tools and planning modules. Since these services are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon payment, refund procedures are structured accordingly.

3. Subscription Model

All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The platform does not process recurring automatic payments. Each payment represents a single 30-day access period unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Process

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a request via the contact form or email. Cancellation stops access at the end of the current billing cycle. No future billing will occur unless a new subscription is activated manually.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

◾The user contacts WealthCraft within 3 calendar days of payment

◾The user has not actively used more than one budgeting module

◾The request includes a clear statement and contact details

Each refund request is reviewed individually and handled within a reasonable time frame.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

◾Full use of the platform’s modules within the active period

◾Refund requests submitted after the billing period has expired

◾Multiple refund requests from the same account within a short period

These measures ensure fair and consistent application of the policy.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. WealthCraft does not issue refunds via alternate channels. Refunds may take several business days to reflect depending on the payment provider.

8. Service Continuity During Review

If a refund request is under review, access to the platform remains active until a decision is confirmed. Once the refund is approved, access will be discontinued immediately.

9. Contacting for Cancellations or Refunds

All refund-related requests must be submitted via email or through the official contact form on the platform. Requests submitted through unofficial channels cannot be processed.
